Terms & Conditions for SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing, a service provided by BeF.I.T Solutions LLC, and clients who purchase or request short-form video editing services. By submitting a project request, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing provides short-form video editing services designed to transform client-provided footage into polished reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Services may include video editing, captions, music selection, hooks, storytelling structure, and formatting for social media platforms.
Project Packages & Pricing
Our current packages include:
Quick Impact Reel — $125
- One reel up to 30 seconds
- Client provides up to 10 minutes of raw footage
- Includes captions, music, hook, and storytelling
- Includes 1 revision
Storytelling Reel — $175
- One reel up to 60 seconds
- Client provides up to 20 minutes of raw footage
- Includes captions, music, hook, and story flow
- Includes 1 revision
Premium Story Reel — $275
- One reel up to 90 seconds
- Client provides up to 30 minutes of raw footage
- Includes captions, music, hook, and customized storytelling
- Includes up to 3 revisions
Package details and pricing are subject to change. The package selected at the time of booking will determine the project scope.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance must be paid before the final edited video files are delivered.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you agree to the selected package details and these Terms & Conditions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear, usable footage and any necessary information, including:
- Video clips
- Brand information
- Preferred messaging
- Correct names, links, or details to include
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any footage, images, music, logos, or other materials provided.
Revisions & Changes
Each package includes the number of revisions listed in the package description.
A revision includes reasonable changes to the existing edit, such as adjusting captions, timing, text, or minor edits.
Requests that require a complete re-edit, change in direction, or additional work outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
Project turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project, the amount of footage provided, and client communication.
Editing begins after:
- Required footage has been received
- Project details have been provided
- Deposit payment has been completed
Final videos will be delivered digitally through a method selected by SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing, such as a downloadable link
Video Approval & Final Files
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final videos before posting or publishing.
Once a final video has been approved and delivered, additional changes may require a new project or additional editing fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of video editing services, deposits cover time reserved and work performed on your project and may be non-refundable once editing has begun.
If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Clients retain ownership of their original video footage, images, logos, and other materials provided to SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing for editing purposes.
Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive the completed edited video for their intended business and social media use.
By working with SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing, clients grant permission for SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing to display completed projects, edited reels, screenshots, or short excerpts of the final work for portfolio purposes, website examples, social media promotion, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If a client does not want their completed project used for promotional purposes, they may request that their project remain private by notifying SuccessMasterHub Reel Editing before project completion.
Communication
Clear communication helps ensure the best possible outcome for your project.
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, footage, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication or missing project materials may pause the project timeline.
If a client does not respond or provide requested materials for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered inactive and closed. Any remaining balance, completed work, or unused revisions will be handled based on the status of the project at the time it is closed.
If the client wishes to restart a closed project, additional fees or a new project agreement may apply depending on availability and the amount of work remaining

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements
